Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was thrilled with De Naga as my choice for a hotel in Chiang Mai. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, exceeding my expectations, and the air conditioning was delightfully cold. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming stay. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to must-visit markets, historic sites, and a variety of restaurants. Although the dining was varied and fresh, it fell a bit short in some aspects. Overall, a great value for money with an excellent experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, but unfortunately, the water pressure was low on the 4th floor at certain hours. While there was no balcony, the room was spacious, featuring a nice day bed next to the window offering a view of a messy parking lot.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated in Thai style, which is a rare find in Thailand. They were spacious and perfect for two people, although not the absolute best quality, they were pleasant enough. The service was friendly, and they even left lovely tokens on my pillow each night, although they weren't the most informative with local recommendations due to language barriers. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town allowing easy exploration of all the city has to offer. The dining experience, while offering great homemade granola and yogurt, could benefit from some improvements like fresh juices and baguettes. Overall, a fantastic spot with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in the old part of Chiang Mai, not far from Ta Phae Gate. The rooms are a great size, clean, and quite nice, offering a fairly spacious stay. The service is polite and welcoming, with some staff members appearing weak but helpful when needed. The location is central and convenient for exploring top Chiang Mai sights, situated in a very active neighborhood with great restaurants. The dining experience is above average, catering to various cultures with lovely and fresh dishes. As for the facilities, they are more than worth the comfortable and private setting.
I absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful classic Thai style rooms that were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of sufficient storage space. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very nice, helpful, and great at arranging transportation for us. The location couldn't have been better, with all the city's attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was of good quality, offering a variety of options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers cozy and clean rooms with a quiet and secluded atmosphere, although additional beds come at a high cost. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to various attractions, but some areas may seem weak. The dining options vary in quality but include delicious breakfast choices. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience.
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were very large and well-appointed, providing a peaceful and quiet retreat despite being close to busy markets. The only drawback was the room size for families with small children needing an additional bed at a high cost. However, the cleanliness and serene ambiance made it all bearable.
I was very happy with De Naga as our choice. The rooms were great, beds comfortable, clean, with large showers featuring rain style shower heads and good water pressure. However, there was a messy parking lot view from the nice day bed next to the window.
The hotel had quiet rooms, lacking storage space but with comfortable beds and clean large showers. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially with arranging tours and transportation. Its location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. The dining options were very good, offering a wide variety of delicious choices. The facilities were excellent. Overall, a great stay with attentive staff and a prime location.
I had an amazing stay at De Naga in Chiang Mai! The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, but lacked sufficient storage space. The staff was really helpful and provided top-notch services, though not always patient and friendly to Chinese guests. The location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai with easy access to the Sunday Walking Market and other attractions. The dining experience was above average, especially with the delicious home-made granola and yogurt. The facilities were exceptional, making my stay memorable and convenient.
